One of the benefits of the being a military spouse is being able to join my hubby when he is flying local! I took two different mini-vacations haha one three day trip WITHOUT kids and the second three day trip with the kids. The trip without the kiddos was such a blessing for Mike and I, we were able to spend the first evening together, we went out to dinner with his crew and the second day we were able to spend entirely together roaming around San Diego!

He took me on a Hornblower tour to view all of the US Navy ships on the harbor, we saw dolphins playing in the water and sea lions lounging :) pretty cool!
